Designed an innovation lab for a global healthcare company, and collaborated with an architectural firm to build it.

We conducted employee day-in-the-life tours as well as leadership interviews to understand the needs of people at different levels. We developed colleague experience ideas which influenced the architectural design of their future campus. These ideas incorporate their values, create adaptable workspaces, and also contribute to logistical harmony.
